	Tina's xanga Check it out..... its an update on whats going on in my life. 	A week of fieldwork at the Glendale Adventist Hospital. In Rehab physical disability... From strokes, heart attacks, falls, knee surgeries, you name it i saw it... 7am-4pm daily and its all over now.... I think ima miss it.......i liked it a LOT. weird~

Los Angeles Kaiser Permanente triathlon
Sept. 9th, 2007
start: Venice beach
end: Staple center

The results are in.......

1/2 swim (in ocean with big big waves): 20 mins
20 miles cycling: 1 hr 32 mins
3.1 miles run: 33 mins

Total time: 2 hrs 38mins 38seconds

How am i feeling? SORE as heck. need massage asap. and a body scrub for that matter.

Whats next: Half marathon in December :)

why do i do it? for the medals.!
